I am typically a 6.5 so I ordered a size 7 of these shoes. They came and I felt they may be too big, it was incredibly easy to speak to the company and after sending photos they recommended I size down to a 6 and on their own started the process of getting them sent to me! The 6 is a little tight but I have 6 months until my wedding to stretch out the leather a bit. They look great, and so far are very comfortable. Customer service was what really sold me though. Only thing is I wish they sold half sizes- a 6.5 would have fit perfectly.

I searched for months for ballroom heels that were beautiful enough to wear on my wedding day, and these were the only ones I found that checked every box. I couldn't be happier. They were comfortable right out of the box. Still, I think I am going to try to walk around in them a bit before the wedding since I am not a seasoned heel wearer. The only thing that could maybe be improved is the width of the shoe. My feet are a bit wide and they just barely fit side to side.
